Welcome to Zyren. By downloading, installing, or using the Zyren mobile application and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Zyren

Zyren is a privacy-focused chat application designed to minimize data retention. Features may change during beta. We provide the service on an “as available” basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Zyren. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Account & Login

• Registration may require a valid mobile number.
• Keep your device and account access secure.
• Do not share OTPs or login credentials with others.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Privacy & Message Storage

Zyren is built around limited storage of chat content. Message handling, retention, and deletion practices are described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that:

• Messages may be designed to disappear or not be stored long-term on our servers.
• Recipients may screenshot or copy content outside our control.
• No system can guarantee absolute privacy in all circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zyren to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
• Share illegal content, spam, or malware.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Violate intellectual property or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Beta Program

If you join the Beta Community, you may receive early features that are unstable or incomplete. Beta access can be revoked at any time. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without compensation.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features (e.g. Zyren Plus) if offered will be billed according to the plan shown at purchase. Refunds follow Google Play / App Store policies unless otherwise required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Zyren name, logo, app design, and software are owned by Zyren or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes only.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyren is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zyren and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, profits, or reputation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be notified in-app or on this page.
